Hi All
Let me know how many leave days approved by the government for the private sector organization and it is common for all the states in India. So it will be very useful for us to share the details. As of now in my concern the leave benefits got cancelled due to change in other locations.

are you talking of respective acts based leave structure like factories act, shops and establishment...etc...n moreover this will come into existence only when the company/establishment is covered under the act or else , the company will simply frame the leave structure based on the service rules or conditions framed by it, and govmnt intervention will not be followed in such cases..
