Seeking Indemnity Bond Format to Settle Employee's Final Payment to Spouse

In my organization, an employee has passed away, and we need to settle his full and final payment. His wife is the claimant. Since there are no other claimants, our management has decided to settle the full and final payment and pay it to his wife. However, to protect the organization from any potential future liabilities, we would like to request an indemnity bond from the claimant. If anyone has the format for an indemnity bond, please send it to us.
