KRA Of Office Executive

Hi Guys,
First of all , would like to say a big HELLO to all of you as I am a new user on this website. I have joined a company based in Delhi and have so may queries related to HR Role and all....Here is the one of them :)
Can you please help me with the KRA for Office Executive. Also, please define me the level for Office Executive, is it comes above HR or similar to HR?
