Feeling Lost with ISO 9001:2008? Seeking Advice from Those in the Know

Hello friends, I am working as the Management Representative in an ISO 9001:2008 certified company. However, I have no knowledge about ISO 9001:2008. Please give suggestions.

The ISO 9000 family of standards is related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensures that organizations have systems designed to meet the needs of their stakeholders and customers. ISO 9001 deals with the requirements that organizations wishing to meet the standard have to fulfill.
