I am currently pursuing my MBA (II Year) through correspondence at Madras University. As part of my final year curriculum, I have to prepare a detailed project. I work as an HR Recruiter in a consultancy and I am interested in doing a project related to Recruitment Consultancy or recruitment. Can anyone help me by suggesting any related topics?

You can choose topics such as surveys/questionnaires on "Analysis on the hiring through consultancy" or "efficiency of an HR consultancy" or on specific consultancies. For instance, you can focus on your consultancy.
