Dear Manoj ji,

Good contribution overall. However, some companies are only paying P.F. contribution at Rs. 6500 (statutory contribution) even though their salaries exceed this amount. Some modifications may be required for this format. If this is done, it will be all right. This serves as a guide for everyone. Good.

I would like to know the procedure for payment of ESI, such as:

1) When to submit the declaration forms
2) When to pay the amount
3) What are the forms to be filled out
4) After submission of DF's, if the employee leaves the organization, is it mandatory to pay the amount, and other formalities.

Please send me the actual procedure that you are following for your company.
