How Do I Draft a Transfer Letter for Employees After a Company Merger?

Hi All, my company has tied up with another company, and now we have a new name for the company. The employees are continuing their service with the company. As discussed with my professor, he said we need to issue a letter of transfer to the employees. Kindly provide a sample letter for the same.
