You need to first contact the placement cell of the institute and give them details about:
- Job Description
- Stipend/Salary
- Company Overview
Then, you need to define shortlisting criteria for your selection and shortlist resumes based on that.
Following that step is the campus interviews, where HR-related questions specific to your industry will be asked.
Once they join your organization, you need to have an onboarding plan or induction plan in place, followed by scoping out and preparing an internship project.
