Creating a Leave Policy for a Small Company: What Works Best for 50 Employees?

As per the statutory requirements for Shops & Commercial Establishments, 1 EL for every 20 days worked is mandatory, and 10 CL per annum is also mandatory. If your organization is willing to grant more leaves for the benefit of employees, it is always welcome. 
