Minimum Wages in Haryana: Can You Help Me Understand the Categories and Laws?

Dear All, Please provide me with the latest minimum wages in Haryana for different categories of workers. Also, guide me on any companies located in Gurgaon. What other laws do I need to be aware of on the Haryana side?

Could you please provide me with the categories that fall under Semi-Skilled A & B, Skilled A & B? Also, guide me on whether the category of Unskilled in Haryana is the same as the category of Unskilled in Delhi.

As per my information, the following applies to Haryana:

- Unskilled employees with 10 years of experience would be categorized as Semi-Skilled “A.”
- After 3 years of experience in Semi-Skilled “A,” the employees would be categorized as Semi-Skilled “B.”
- After 3 years of experience in Skilled “A,” the employees would be categorized as Skilled “B.”

Please find the attachment of Haryana Minimum Wages with category-wise details effective from July 2012.

Minimum Wages in Haryana

- Unskilled: 191.04
- Semi-skilled: 196.02
- Skilled: 206.04 / 211.04
- Highly skilled: 216.04

All laws are applicable, such as the Provident Fund, ESI Act, Minimum Wages Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, etc.

Please find attached the minimum wages of Haryana effective from 01.07.2012.
