Please provide me the latest minimum wages in Haryana with categories of workers.Also guide me if any company situated in Gurgaon.What other laws need to be know of haryana side.

If Possible can you please provide me the categories fall under Semi skilled A & B , Skilled A & B. Also guide me that category of Unskilled in haryana is same as category of unskilled in delhi.

as per my information it is following for Haryana:
* Unskilled employees having 10 years experience would be deemed categorized as Semi skilled “A”
* After 3 years of experience in Semi Skilled “A” the employees would be deemed categorized as Semi Skilled “B”
* After 3 years of experience in Skilled “A” the employees would be deemed categorized as Skilled “B”

semi skilled 196.02
skilled 206.04/ 211.04
highly skilled 216.04
and all laws are applicable like Provident fund, ESI act, Minimum wages, Gratutity act, bonus act and etc.
