Need Help with Step-by-Step Guide for EPFO E-Return Tool for 2011-2012?

Dear Seniors, I have downloaded the E-return Tool from the EPFO website and updated all basic information of the company. Could anybody provide me with the step-by-step Excel format and procedure to generate the annual return for the year 2011-2012?

To prepare annual returns, initially, you should enter member details or prepare the details as employee data, Form 2 data, and Form 10 data in CSV format and upload the same. You should enter the wage details for the whole year 2011-2012 manually or prepare a CSV file and upload it.
