Issue Of TIC (Temporary Identification Certificate)

My employer has started deduction of my ESIC. I just want to know, when will be the Temporary Identification Certificate issued?

Temporary ID cards are issued by the employer. You should get immediately. Ask your employer.

don't hesitate to ask the TIC, it is right to collect and within 15 day you can get the "Pahachan" card from the dept., ask your employer to update all your details like, postal address, nominee name and family details in TIC. it is easier to get the benefit from the ESIC department.

You can ask your HR People for Temporary Identification Certificate they will issue you the same.
Then you can go to Local Office of ESI they will take the photograph and thumb impression from Bio-Metric and with in 25 days you will get the permanent ESI card with this card you can get treatment any where in India.

Is there there any possibility for extending the validity of Temporary Identification Certificate(TIC)?

Validity is not mentioned in the TIC generated from system online. In this TIC, IP is directed to approach BO to get biometric & photo captured by particular date and get permanent ID card.
TIC is valid till the time the permanent ID card is not issued. It is expected that one should get the permanent ID card in reasonable time.

I don't know much about Esic so I need your help in handelling this. So can an anyone let me know how to download ESIC TIC from esic site. Pls give me full process.

Dear Vishal,
Regret for late reply. If you are a employer only you can downdload the TIC. For this you need to visit esic.in. You need to login by the establishment code and password provided by ESIC Department. once login you will find the options. You just need to check the options and download the same by providing the TIC number of the employee.

I have generated TIC for various employees of our company but for one employee their is some problem came in network connectivity during saving and later on when i login again in esic , that employee was added but no TIC generated.Is there any option to generate TIC again. That employee is registered in ESI now but no TIC generated.
