Hr Functions In A Startup Firm ?

hello Everyone,
I am a fresher and have joinesd a startup (IT firm). I am the only HR person here and is responsible for all the activities.
Please help me to tell the functions i should carry.

1.Recruitment of staff(people) - you can start by preparing advert and conduct the whole process of recruitment
2.Establish Personnel files for each recruited staff
3.Prepare human resources planning
4.Prepare HR Strategy
5.Prepare HR policies and systems - these will help you to manage staff properly
6.Prepare company/organization structure
