New to My Role: How Do I Create an HR Policy for a Tours and Travel Company?

I have joined a Tours and Travel company as Director of Tour Programs two weeks ago. Currently, there is no HR policy in place, and we need to create one. I kindly request if someone could share an HR Policy applicable to Tours and Travel companies.

Thanks for your help and support. If I get a few policies applicable to travel companies, I can add and improve on this and share with you all. I think I need to work hard for this data or design one.
