Why Is My PF Claim Being Rejected Again? Seeking Help to Understand the Issue

I have already requested to close my PF account. Still, I am not getting any updates regarding that. So, I checked the status online, but I was shocked when I received this message:

Claim ID: TNXXXXXXX
Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (TNXXXX) has been rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to the address in your claim form.

Claim ID: TNXXXX
Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (TNXXXX) has been rejected. The rejection letter is under dispatch/dispatched to the address in your claim.

This is the second time my request has been rejected. Can anyone guess why they are rejecting my request again? I asked them, but they didn't provide proper information.

1. Is this a problem with the company (Employer)?
2. Or is there any other account information on my side?

Please suggest.

Also, I checked my PF balance and found:
EPF Balance in A/c No. is EE Amt: Rs 21018, ER Amt: Rs 13132 as of 8-3-2012 (Accounts updated up to 31-03-2011) - EPFO

I resigned from my job in April 2012. Can you please tell me what my total PF amount is?

My PF account number MH48455/10439 has been rejected. I received an SMS stating that it was under dispatch 10 days ago, but it has not arrived yet. What should I do?
