How Does Haryana's Minimum Wage Hike Affect Your Business from July 2012?

As you are aware, the Government of Haryana, through its Labour Department, has revised the existing minimum rate of wages due to the escalation in the cost of living price index. The revision amounts to 52 points, resulting in an overall increase for all categories of scheduled employment to the extent of INR 120.12 paisa. This revision has been enforced retrospectively from 01.07.2012. A copy of the notification is attached for compliance.
