you should search the institute or university to do the law in industrial relation or in labour law of Distance Education with your Job

Master of Labour Management (MLM) is available in some universities as Distance Education Pattern (Correspondence Education). Eg. Annamalai University, where admission is going on.
Members have to comment on the validity and value for the above.
Reg. the regular course, MLM is best in TILS (Tamilnadu Institute of Labour Studies, Chennai) as the course is conducted by the Labour Department with strict quality.

Hello, Look there are many ways where we can go as far as HR is concerned. If you are MBA and you want to continue your HR study its good, for that you may go for specialized courses like Labor Laws etc.
