Thanks so much for the suggestions. I have fouund out a few additonal things that are helpful. If you don't have Windows Movie Maker, you can go to Microsoft and download "Microsoft Essentials", for free, which includes Movie Maker. I use it in conjunction with Quick Time Player and Quick Time Pro. You can download Quick Time Player for Windows or Mac for free. Please note, you have to have Quick Time Player installed before you can install Quick Time Pro. Quick Time Pro is only $32, a very good investment.
With Windows Movie Maker, Quick Time Player and Quick Time Pro, you can fairly easily edit and prepare videos for training.
