Thank you for the suggestions. I have found out a few additional things that are helpful. If you don't have Windows Movie Maker, you can go to Microsoft and download "Microsoft Essentials" for free, which includes Movie Maker. I use it in conjunction with QuickTime Player and QuickTime Pro. You can download QuickTime Player for Windows or Mac for free. Please note, you have to have QuickTime Player installed before you can install QuickTime Pro. QuickTime Pro is only $32, a very good investment.
With Windows Movie Maker, QuickTime Player, and QuickTime Pro, you can fairly easily edit and prepare videos for training.
