Following are the KPIs of Safety and Health:

1. Improvement in Frequency Rate.
2. Improvement in Severity Rate.
3. Number of safety education training sessions conducted for employees and contract workers.
4. Near Miss Reporting.
5. Any innovative or new developments to strengthen health and safety within the organization.

Hope this information is sufficient for your needs, and senior colleagues may provide further guidance.

Dear SJ,

In addition to Mr. Ajay Gupta's KPI, a few more are mentioned below:
1. Accident Investigation
2. Hazop Study
3. Job Safety Analysis Study
4. Employee Participation
5. Safety Day Celebration
6. Identification of unsafe conditions
7. Displays of Visuals

Except for point number 1, all are lead indicators.

Thanks & Regards,
Sudhir
