I dont wish to disclose my firm's name - a decent sized firm .The problem is the late payment of salary.Payment is made to employee only 7 days before the months end. Being an HR i have tried explaining my management about the negative consequenses and instead, to make the payment ateast by 5th or 7th days of the beginning of the month.It fell on deaf ears.Previously ,employees have raised this concern individually and together . But then they were harassed
and then the employee should leave the company.They are not at all interested in making any changes .I am very concered for all my employee's and wish to
make changes . Please guide me how to deal with such management without hurting relations .
