Need Help Drafting a Vehicle Policy as an Intern: What Should I Include?

Hello friends,

My Director told me to create a vehicle policy. As an intern, I really don't have a clue, so I don't have any idea about this. The new cars are leased by our company for four years. The company pays 35%, including insurance charges, while the employee has to pay 65%. What points should be considered while drafting a vehicle policy, or can you give me a sample of a vehicle policy?
