I am having certain problems with the muster roll under the Maternity Benefits Act. Can anyone provide me with a sample copy of FORM A, i.e., Muster Roll under Haryana Maternity Benefit Rules?

I want to know one more thing. Should this register be maintained on a monthly basis, yearly basis, or just at the time of maternity leave?

Hi, Is that Muster Roll Form A different for various states or the same for all states? If different, please provide the Muster Roll Form A for Karnataka Maternity Benefits Rules 2011.
