during the 3rd sem of your MBA, you can give your CV to good palcement consultancies of your area, you can post your cv on various job portals, once you complete you can go directly to the consultants and look for it , then you will receive calls and mails through job portals also, you should keep your contact details uptodate everywhere...
3. Your interest in recruiting / staffing-
that is great!! becoz initially you will get them easily, you can opt for recruitment companies for them, search for them in net and job sites, the vacancies are always there in theses companies for recruitment agents, and they take freshers also.. so this will give you your area of interest also..
