Understanding Salary Breakdowns in Indian IT Startups: How Do You Manage It?

Can anyone help me out with salary breakups? I am working in a newly started IT company in India. I want to understand the salary breakdown for IT companies in India. We have a total of 40 employees here, and I need to prepare the salary breakdown for all of them.
