Friend,

I understand your problem and how you are feeling. I have also felt the same way before, but now I feel that it is changing with practice.

What I am learning, I will share some secrets that no one is teaching anywhere unless you are paying for them and buying their products.

When you are learning English as a kid from 4 to 8 years old, you have time to practice and get good exposure to it as there is no pressure to learn fast. During that time, you are being taught the language step by step so you can make mistakes and learn.

As you grow up and try to learn quickly, there is pressure, and it is not helpful. So, please, first relax.

It is the same as any English-speaking person from Australia, America, or England trying to learn our country's local language.

They will also face the same problem and helplessness as you. They are also like you in learning at this age. So, do not worry, please.

If you watch any Yoga videos by English-speaking people, you will hear them saying and speaking Sanskrit words in a funny way, which we can speak very fluently. This is a good example of how funny they sound. But the main reason for all this is below.

Before you learn to speak, you must learn to write correctly. In writing, you are not only writing but also forming words in your brain and speaking them and then writing. You are also learning the correct sentence sequence and grammar in this way.

When I write, I translate from my mother tongue to English, so I use my mother tongue's grammar, which is correct in my mother tongue. But in English, the word sequence is different. Do you understand this?

It is very important at this age of learning for you to take an English newspaper and copy the same paragraph from the newspaper. While writing, read it out loud, very loudly. This will help you become a quick learner. I did the same thing, and a nice thing happened. The next time you speak with someone or tell them what is in your head, the words will automatically come in the correct sequence. This is because you are practicing writing first from someone who is doing it correctly. It works, my friend. This will help.

Another thing you can do is watch English videos and movies with subtitles. Pause them and repeat the dialogues with the characters. I am learning very fast with both of these ideas given to me by a close friend. I am thankful to him for making me feel confident about this.

Okay. Now, practice these secrets and tell us your results after one month, please.

Hi team, I would like to say that I have opened spoken classes. However, nowadays I have a lot of problems when I talk about my students' conditions. I am very worried about this matter because I know how to speak English a little, but not very well due to a lot of grammatical problems. What should I do to improve my English? Please guide me.

Hello Ms. Akash Kumari,

It's so nice to hear that you are working hard to learn a language. I can only give you three tips to enhance your word power:

1. Read an English newspaper and read out loudly in front of the mirror. See yourself while doing so.
2. Learn vocabulary related to your area so that you can use that vocabulary frequently.
3. The third and last tip is to give yourself one or two hours for self-study every day.

This is what my 15 years of career in teaching English has taught me. Best of luck!

Naresh, very nice course material. But I am afraid I will not be able to read the whole of it as I only know English and Hindi. If possible, kindly upload this PDF in which the second language is in Hindi.
