Forms regarding EPFO and ESIC... What kind of forms are there, and what are their uses?

There are many forms in PF and ESI. Here I am giving a brief description of PF forms for your information:

- Form 2: Employee declaration and nomination form.
- Form 5: Return of Employees qualifying for membership of the Employees' Provident Fund, Employees Pension Fund & Employees' Deposit Linked Insurance Fund for the first time.
- Form 10: Return of the Members Leaving Service During the Month.
- Form 10 C: To claim withdrawal benefit.
- Form 13: Transfer of PF account.

Form 10C - EPS Settlement form for Pension Amount
Form 13 - EPF & EPS Account Transfer from One Company to Another Company
Form 5 - List of Additions
Form 10 - List of Deletions
Form 31 - Partial Withdrawal Form (Loan Form)
Form 10D - EPS Form for Getting Pension After Retirement
Form 2 - Nomination Form
