How Do I Create an Effective Employee Verification Form for Campus Hires?

Hello Friends! I am an HR Professional working with an Engineering Company based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. We are planning to start verifying the credentials of new joiners, and for that, I have to design an Employee Verification Form.

Recruitments in our organization are mostly based on Campus Hiring. Therefore, we prefer not to avail services from third parties for background screening.
