Dear All HR Experts ,
We are Organizing a annual meet were i have to present types of awards to management. Please help me in evaluating the employees (on what basis and parameter) , and also i want to know the types of awards such as Best Sales - Country , Best Employee of the year , Mr Punctual etc .
Kindly suggest me what types of awards I can buy.
