PF Withdrawal - Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement - received Part amount of PF

Dear Senior and Friends

Please help me on the below case.

*Case :I have submitted the PF Settlement application on may 2010 and received by PF office on 02 June 2010.I have received Part amount of PF in October 10 and the rest has not been received. I contacted the PF office and asked me to resubmit the application. I resubmitted the application along with bank statement in Aug 11 through my last company and It was received on 13-Dec-2011. I have checked online and got the below status. I called the epf office and got no response.*

Claim ID : GNGGN111200013037

Status : Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No

(GNGGN00106930000013670) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under

dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim form.

Claim ID : GNGGN111200013040

Status : Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No

(GNGGN00106930000013670) has been rejected. Rejection letter is under

dispatch/ dispatched to address in your claim

*But

visit you pf office and ask the reason of rejection the form than complete the requirement and submit again with letter to commissioner of EPFO about all case

Thanks for your suggestion.But I am working in Bangalore and I have PF account in Gurgaon PF office.It is difficult for me to visit Gurgaon PF office.

Expalin details via email to all the concern officers designated for Banglore epfo, their email id will be available on EPFO portal also cc the same to EPFO officials placed at Bhikali Cama Place, New Delhi.
