Struggling with PF Settlement: Why Was My Claim Rejected and What Can I Do Next?

Dear Seniors and Friends, Please help me with the following case.

Case Details

I submitted the PF settlement application in May 2010, and it was received by the PF office on 02 June 2010. I received a partial amount of PF in October 2010, but the remaining amount has not been disbursed. Upon contacting the PF office, I was advised to resubmit the application. Subsequently, I resubmitted the application, along with a bank statement, in August 2011 through my former company. The application was received on 13 December 2011. Upon checking online, I found the following status. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to reach the EPF office for clarification.

Claim ID: GNGGN111200013037
Status: Claim Form 19 for PF Settlement AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00106930000013670) has been rejected. The rejection letter is being dispatched to the address provided in your claim form.

Claim ID: GNGGN111200013040
Status: Claim Form 10C for Withdrawal Benefit AGAINST Member Account No (GNGGN00106930000013670) has been rejected. The rejection letter is being dispatched to the address provided in your claim.

Visit your PF office and ask for the reason for the rejection of the form. Then, complete the requirements and submit the form again with a letter to the Commissioner of EPFO explaining the entire case.
