Shop Act Information

Dear Sir,
I need help regarding new small scale industries licence & shop act for a electronic manufacturing company newly started.....
as well as i need all tax information.....

Dear Sudhir ji,
You need to hire a services of an expert in this field. N-numbers of labour laws will be applicable to you depending upon various parameters. You need to obtain not only a factory licence (if Factory Act is applicable to you) but also number of licences from local authority such as Trade Licence, NOC from Pollution Control etc.
When Factory Act is applicable you are not liable for shop licence.
