Need Help Creating HR Policies for an Indian School in Doha, Qatar – Any Advice?

I have recently joined an Indian School in Qatar as an HR Assistant and need to formulate HR policies for the organization. Could anyone please help me with the process of creating HR policies for a school in Doha, Qatar?

Do you have HR policies from any Indian schools like DPS, Birla, or any other Indian school in Doha?
