Regading Esi & Pf Deductions

Dear members,
i am working in an hospital with 10 employees in Hyderabad(head office), but we have branches of 8 in other districts in andhra pradesh with min 5-10 employees in each branch
1.can we deduct esi & Pf to these all employees are not ?
2.if we don't have esi dispensary in districts, what should we do if we are deducting esi from salary
pz help me .......

-> Yes should, any organsiation having total 20 employees have to register for PF.
2.if we don't have esi dispensary in districts, what should we do if we are deducting esi from salary
-> Please check with the local ESI office, sometimes they have tie up with private hospitals also.
Or else you can give them benefit as per Worksmen Compensation.

still i have doubt as 10 employees only are working in hyderbad branch..where as 8 people working in branch offices in other districts of andhra pradesh,we are running separate payroll in branches. whether we can add total employees(Head office+Branches) or do separately for PF & ESI facilities..

You can add all the employees together since all the branches the employer is the same or you can take the sub code for other branches.
If you are taking sub code for other branches then you can deduct ESI and PF separately. But if you are deducting the same from the Main Code (head office) then there is no need of sub code
