i am going to start a contractor bussiness for erection and fabrication.
i am going to take registration for this.
and For labour supply in companies should i have to take another registration for labour supply.

Dear Mr. Ravi,
you will have to get yourself registered under contract labour act and if you are employing more than 20 persons get your firm registered under PF act. Apart form it you should get a service tax no. also.

A contarctor who supplies contarct labour, ha sto obtain license under the Contarct labour Act, if the contarct labour exceeds 20 persons.
