Need Help with Salary Breakup and Calculations for Rs. 7000 to Rs. 35000 – Any Advice?

Hey friends, please suggest the salary breakup and calculation, including PF & ESIC. We have decided to restructure the breakup, and since I am new to salary calculations, I have no clue about it.

Salary Range

Our salary range starts from Rs. 7000/- per month up to Rs. 35000/- per month.
