Request for HR Policies & Procedures Manual

Could you please help me create an HR Policies & Procedures Manual for our 4-star hotel in Sri Lanka? A sample manual would fulfill my requirement. This should include recruitment, selection, rules & regulations, payroll, offenses, misconduct, etc.
