The Centre for Organization Development, Hyderabad, is organizing a program on 'Trainer Skills' on Sept. 18-22. This program will be very useful in gaining insights into the latest training methods and techniques, delivery effectiveness, and more (for details see the attachment). The program is very useful for trainers, faculty members of training institutions, HR professionals, and Line Managers involved in the facilitation process.
The program Director is S. P. Kamath, who has been an active HR professional since 1977, working extensively in HRD activities, industrial relations, training, HR system formulation, HRIS, and Labor Laws. Dr. S. Ramnarayan, Senior Professor at ISB, and Dr. Vinod Dumblekar of MANTIS, New Delhi, are also invited as resource persons to share their experiences.
