i want to start a manpower recruitment agency in Delhi where i would want to send people abroad in different kinds of fields to work on the requirment received from different companies from abroad (gulf, u.s., u.k., australia, canada, parts of europe, south africa, new zealand, africa and asia pacific). what is the name of the licence required for this manpower recruitment agency? from where do i obtain it? how long does it take to get it? what are the document required to get it? what is the validity of this licence? is it issued by the ministry of labour from delhi? will i not get into any trouble with this particular licence issued and what will be the cost to get this licence.
