We are an organization engaged in the construction and installation of the Power Transmission Line Industry with multiple sites in more than one state, site offices, and the Registered Office at Vadodara, Gujarat. Please help us by advising:

1. Would it be appropriate to cover our office staff under any rules/acts other than the Shops and Establishment Act in Gujarat?
2. Under which rules/acts are our site staff covered?
