I have recently completed my MBA (HR) and joined as an HR Trainee in an automobile company to gain some experience. I just want to know which areas I should look into that will also help me in the future.

For example, Germany and the US are the best examples to gain this kind of technical expertise. IT has always been an evergreen field and will continue to be in the future. Similarly, you should gain knowledge of how to use AutoCAD, which can be used to create vehicle designs and their spare parts shapes, as the automobile industry requires these talents and skills. There are various software programs used by different companies, and technology varies from country to country.
