We had a fall from height incident at our site in Pune, and the person is severely injured and being treated in the hospital. As per the information we have at present, the sheeter was working on the roof replacing the sheets. When he was about to install one skylight, before fixing it, the skylight slipped and fell, causing the sheeter to also slip and fall. He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he is receiving treatment. He has to undergo multiple operations before he can be declared totally out of danger. The detailed cause of the incident is being investigated and will be shared upon receipt of the same.

Now, my company is asking me to present a new type of fall protection system for roofs and erection, which should be implemented at our various sites. Therefore, I am concentrating on creating a presentation on the same.

Details Required:

- Height of the building?
- Is it a new PEB?
- Are you only replacing the roof?
- What type of fall protection equipment do you have on your site at this moment?
- Please provide a brief about your work, e.g., removal and installation of the roof, roof thickness 10 mm, roof weight 25 lbs, roof length 6 meters.
- Is it erected by a certified roof installer?
