You can can implement kids day, where the employee can bring their kids to office and you can have some activities with the kids.
Half day leave on occasions like birthday, marriage anniversary.

You can very well arrange get togethers like Potlocks and Rewarding sessions, which will cope the employees with a loads of enthusiasm.

Thankyou sharmila..its a great idea but ours is manufacturing company..so here it is not possible to implement ..pls let me know if something can be done indoor with employees..we have more than 7000 employees
