New to HR: What Returns Do I Need to File This August and How?

Dear Seniors, I am just getting started in the HR field. I wanted to know what returns need to be filed for this month (August 2012) and the different forms in which the returns have to be filed under different acts. Please help me out.

The important returns to be filed will be:

• P.F Challans for contributions
• ESI challans for contributions
• P.F returns 5, 10 & 12-A (Now after it is made online, these returns are auto-generated - Please verify with P.F)
• Professional Tax return
