"returns To Be Filed For The Month Of August"

DEAR SENIORS
I am just into this HR field. So i just wanted to know wat r the returns to be filed for this month (August 2012) and the different forms in which the returns hav to be filed under different acts. Plz help me out.

The important returns to be filed wil be :
1) P.F Challans for contributions
2) ESI challans for contributions
3) P.F returns 5,10 & 12-A( Now after it is made online, these returns are auto genearted-Please verify with P.F)
4) Professinal Tax return

You have to send information to the ESI office immediately in form 12 if the accident is likely to cause death and in any other acse within 24 hours of it's occurrence.
