I recently looking HR Activities in my company. It’s Bangalore based Construction Company (Private Limited)
My question is
1) Construction company will come under which act
2) Existing Labour law and minimum wages act.
3) How many paid leave, sick leave eligible for Construction Company employee during financial year?
4) What could be maternity leave policy of Construction Company.
