Termination Announcement

Hi!!!
I need a sample letter to announce the termination of one employee. She was terminated cause of excessive tardiness. She used do all sort of timepass in office. Roaming in the office, chatting on net, surfing net other then official work, gosiping etc etc. She was working as telecaller but never achiveing the targets given to her.
Can anyone help me on this.

First examine these three points:
1. Confirm that she has not applied for maternity benefits or intimated that she is in the family way. In view of the provisions of the Maternity Act, you should not 'terminate' the female employee when she is availing maternity benefits.
2. Check what her appointment letter says about the terms of employment regarding termination of service.
3. What is her cadre - would she come under 'workman' - tele callers can also create an industrial dispute if you are in states where the Standing orders has become applicable to IT and ITES industries, like in Karnataka.
Whatever it is, unless you have conducted a departmental enquiry and conclusively proved that she is 'tardy' 'chatting on net' ( in other words was negligent and inefficient) don't mention all those things in the termination letter. You will be giving an unnecessary opportunity for legalities.
