Are There Any Widely-Recognized HRM Standards Like PMBOK for Project Management?

Hello all!

Please suggest, are there any commonly-accepted standards in Human Resource Management? For example, there are several excellent standards in Project Management such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, etc. I'd like to find similar standard(s) in HRM as it's required to develop an HRM module in an ERP application.
