Dear Friends, I am an ex-Army officer and have started my own security agency, providing all kinds of safety and security-related manpower and equipment. My company (Pvt Ltd) is currently small, but I want to follow all laws and regulations. I currently have only one employee, but I now need to hire at least two to three more.
For the current employee, I am paying in cash and not maintaining any documents of any kind; the arrangement is entirely verbal. However, with more employees, I want to change this and maintain proper HR processes, documentation, and comply with laws. I don't have enough revenue at the moment to hire an HR executive. Therefore, I will have to manage the HR responsibilities myself, even though I lack sufficient knowledge.
I request all of you to please guide me on how to maintain at least the basic and essential HR processes.
