New Business Owner with 200+ Employees: What Documents Do I Need for ESIC Registration?

Hello everyone, I have just opened a small company and I want to know what documents are required for obtaining ESIC registration. We have more than 200 employees, including all grades. We are basically a facility-providing company.

Documents Required for ESIC License

The following documents need to be submitted while obtaining a new ESIC License:

1. ESIC Registration Form
2. Labour License
3. Company/Partnership Incorporation Certificate
4. MOA of Company/Partnership
5. Address proof of the company (Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill)
6. Bank Statement
7. Make a DD of 6.5% of the contribution from ESIC Covered employees' salary. Calculate one month's contribution, multiply it by 6, make a DD, and pay the same to the department as a security deposit.
