Am part of Foundation HR in my organization and we are in the process of receiving feedback from the new joinees those who had joined a month before and have completed 1 month in the system. Kindly suggest a format accordingly.

You have not mentioned as to what is the objective or purpose of such feed back and what kind of organisation you are working in to enable us to respeond.
