Epf E Seva Challan Entry Problems - Xls Download

our company has registered in the e-seva portal with user id and password, we are unable to input challan entry as the fields are blocked ( march 2012 onwards), however for the previous periods the fields are not blocked.We are stuck with non payment of pf since march 2012, are we missing something,
any suggestions

Dear Raghu,
I think you are wrongly understand what is process.
1. You can create manual challan entry through website till Feb'2012 only.
2.After you have create ECR file and u have to upload then only challan will create.
Give a call to me.I will explain you the entire process.

In your ECR format the date format should be dd/mm/yyyy but it is like mm/dd/yyyy.
Correct the date fields and upload.
