Struggling with Blocked EPF e-Seva Challan Entries Since 2012 – Any Advice?

Our company has registered on the e-seva portal with a user ID and password. We are unable to input challan entry as the fields are blocked from March 2012 onwards. However, for the previous periods, the fields are not blocked. We are stuck with non-payment of PF since March 2012. Are we missing something? Any suggestions?

I believe you have misunderstood the process.
1. You can create a manual challan entry through the website until Feb '2012 only.
2. After you have created the ECR file, you must upload it, and only then will the challan be generated.

In your ECR format, the date format should be dd/mm/yyyy, but it is currently mm/dd/yyyy. Please correct the date fields and upload.
