Should Manager Name Add In Leave With Register?

Dear Team,
Should we add manager name in leave with register for record?

Names of all the employees working in the organization shall be on Register. Manager is also an employee.

Dear Singh,
We cant register Manager name in leave register if he is not getting salary from company. Being manager he is supose to be modl for his subordinates.

Since Manager is also one of the employees, his name has to be included in the leave register as per factory act.

I will suggest you to maintain a separate register for manager as their attendance or leave status shouldn't be accessible or in view of other employees.
